– Established Smart Bag Company Headquarter to end the subcontracting business model and started to hit the market with our own brand.
– Rented a second basement to expand the production space with a total of 300 Sq. M.
– Increased the No. of Singer sewing machines from 6 to 10 and added more working force.
– Stated to target customers all over Egypt.
& The outcome?
Increased the average daily production from 1500 to 3000 bags
